Welcome to the only official Charriol online store, which is run by us - the team members here in Charriol headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland.  All items from ou website ship to you directy from our Swiss watch manufacture/warehouse, so you know that you are receiving 100% authetic Charriol products, as well as our newest creations from our Chairman, CEO and Creative Director, Coralie Charriol - the only female CEO of an independent Swiss watchmaker!  

To place an order for a Charriol product, please follow these steps:
Log in or register for a Charriol account.
Select the desired product and click on the "Add to Cart" button.
Go to your cart, located at the upper right corner of the screen, to review your order summary. Then click on "CHECK OUT."
Follow the steps provided to proceed with the payment process.
Please note that we accept secure payment methods such as VISA, Mastercard, AmEx, ApplePay, and PayPal.

For sizing information, you can refer to our size conversion charts for rings and bangles, which can be found on our website.

If a product you want is currently unavailable, you can sign up for email notifications by entering your email address in the "Notify me when available" box. We will gladly send you an email when the Charriol product is back in stock.

To receive a 10% discount on your first order, subscribe to our Newsletter by clicking on the provided link or sign up through the popup that appears on your screen. Once you receive your promo code, enter it in the "Do you have a promo code?" field during the payment process.
